Write like you
commit code.
Short sentences. Strong verbs. No jargon we can't justify. When in doubt, read it out loud. If it sounds like a deck, rewrite it.
Four rules
01 · Be specific.
"Shipped in 4 weeks" beats "shipped fast."
02 · Cut the qualifier.
Delete "just", "really", "basically", "simply".
03 · Show the seams.
Talk about the method. Hiding the how is marketing.
04 · No corporate warmth.
We're friendly because we're direct, not because we use exclamation marks.
